Join us for our next class as per details below. Yin Yoga is an effective class for all bodies and abilities. Yin Yoga targets our ligaments, joints, and bones. Yin yoga also improves range of motion, improves flexibility, decreases stress and lengthens muscles. There is also the added benefit of calming the nervous system and the mind. So please come and join us to try it for yourself.

Following the success of my classes, I would like to share my gratitude for the yogis who attended, and together we flowed in our practice to maximum benefit. FULL BODY YOGA CLASS

Its time for my next class! Yin Yang Yoga! This combination of yoga helps with warming up the body first with dynamic poses for building strength (Yang) followed by Yin, a slower pace however still working hard by holding the poses for longer, to deepen and direct to the connective tissues that are harder to reach. The results are tremendously rewarding, as you tone and strengthen first, then release tightness and stiffness, aiming for easier movement day to day ! You will feel lengthened and calm!   Great for those with sedentary jobs, runners, or standing in one position, or even if you are getting back to exercise after timeout for any reason. Also suitable for beginners. This type of yoga also helps to manage any stress, easing the mind. Please join me. Just £6 for the hour. Email me to book, or call/text.
