HATHA YOGA CLASS

Its time for my next class! Hatha Yoga! This combination of yoga helps with warming up the body first with dynamic poses for building strength followed by in, a slower pace however still working hard by holding the poses for longer, to deepen and direct to the connective tissues that are harder to reach. The results are tremendously rewarding, as you tone and strengthen first, then release tightness and stiffness, aiming for easier movement day to day ! You will feel lengthened and calm!   Great for those with sedentary jobs, runners, or standing in one position, or even if you are getting back to exercise after timeout for any reason. Also suitable for beginners. This type of yoga also helps to manage any stress, easing the mind. Please join me. Just £6 for the hour. Email me to book, or call/text.

Full Body Hatha Yoga Class

Join us for a yoga class designed to warm up and energise then follow up with stretch and release  poses for any muscle tension, plus help calm the mind. A balancing practice also included.  A lovely savasana meditation at the end to finish. So send me a message to book your place. Only £6 for the hour.
